OFFICIAL RULES
1. Contest commences at 12:00 AM July 7, 2008 and ends at 12:00 AM September 1, 2008.
2. No purchase necessary*.
3. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
4. One (1) entry per customer per day.
5. Winner(s) will be drawn on September 17th at C.N. Brown Company Corporate Headquarters.
6. Winner(s) will be notified within 30 days of drawing date.
7. Employees and their immediate families of C.N. Brown Company are not eligible to win**.
8. Limit one (1) prize per person.
9. Contest entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of C.N. Brown Company, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest. Winner(s) will be required to sign a liability/publicity release at the time of receiving prize. Return of any notice of qualification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
10. Entrants further grant C.N. Brown Company the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print in any other media in connection with the contest. Participating in the contest constitutes permission for C.N. Brown Company to use winner’s names and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. By entering participants release and hold harmless C.N. Brown Company, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won.
11. C. N. Brown Company shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss to customer resulting from failure or delay in receiving prizes which may be due to strike, fire, accident, war, insufficient supply of such products, failure or delay in transportation, Act of God, or any other cause beyond C.N. Brown Company’s control, whether or not similar to causes enumerated herein.
*To receive an official entry form by mail, please send a self addressed stamped envelope along with a 3x5 index card with your printed or typed name, address and telephone number to:

An official entry form will be mailed to you. Fill out your entry form and mail back to the above address or stop into your local Big Apple Store and drop it in the ballot box.
All entries must be received no later than August 31, 2008.
**Immediate family defined as any household members of employee or spouse, children, parents, siblings, significant other, grandparents and grandchildren.
