Virtual Treadle®

The S-Series comes standard with the Virtual Treadle, making it easier for you to drive into and out the wash bay, which makes it fast and easy.

The patented Virtual Treadle eliminates drive-on floor mechanisms, creating a non-threatening, totally open wash bay. You'll love the Virtual Treadle because it makes getting a car wash faster and easier (no more lining up your car with the drive-on treadle). It safely accepts vehicles with any wheel configuration, including low profile sport wheels, "dually" pick-up trucks, and oversized SUV tires. Combined with easy-to-read signage, the S-Series increases comfort and eliminates user confusion.

The Virtual Treadle process begins as the vehicle enters the wash bay. Ultrasonic sensors measure the vehicles sides and width while powerful infrared sensors monitor the vehicle's position, signaling the driver to stop in position or back up (if necessary). The S-Series is then activated for washing, creating an electronic safety envelope that protects the vehicle while maintaining the optimum cleaning distance.
