Location Leadership
As a member of the leadership team, you will make sure that CN Brown customers get a great buying experience with every visit. Plus you will motivate and inspire your location team members to consistently deliver their best.
Purpose
As a Manager you will lead a location of 4-20 location employees. You will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of your location, providing the leadership that will maintain high customer service and building high team morale. Managers hold the ultimate responsibility for delivering a positive buying experience throughout a well run location that offers fast and friendly service to all of it's customers.

-Recruiting and hiring, training, providing on-the-job support, counseling and coaching your team.
-Driving sales by overseeing customer service, merchandising, and retail operations of a location with sales ranging from $1-$5 million.
-Overseeing location team members while maintaining company programs and goals.
-Ensuring success by interacting with all levels of management.
-Striving to achieve sales goals and maintain budget controls.
Job Requirements
-A High School Graduate or equivalent
-2 or more years of retail operations experience
-Ability to operate store computer and electronic systems
-Proven conflict management skills
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
